Troubleshooting

• Data doesn’t load
  • Check your network and try zooming in. Some NYC OpenData endpoints rate‑limit; wait and retry.
• Drawing tools say “initializing”
  • Click Retry in the tools panel or switch basemap and back to force rebind.
• PNG/PDF export cuts off elements
  • Keep the tab visible while exporting; avoid switching tabs during render.
